Michael Brooker FRICS (Chartered Surveyor) RICS Registered Valuer has worked in Estate Agency in the area for over 50 years. He established Michael Brooker Estate Agent and Chartered Surveyors in 1997 and the family run business has become a well-recognised part of Crowborough high street and the surrounding Villages. Michael’s son, Keith BSc(Hons) MNAEA, who was born and bred in the Crowborough area, followed in his father’s footsteps and joined the business over 20 years ago. The team has grown to include Charlotte Gregory MNAEA joined us as a full-time sales negotiator in 2021. Charlotte has now qualified through Propertymark, which is the leading membership for property professionals. The team is supported by Anne Edwards, our office administrator. Anne joined the firm in 2023 and has over 15 years of Experience in both Sales and Lettings in the Crowborough area. Our combined wealth of local knowledge and Experience proves invaluable when providing advice for buyers and sellers alike.

Over the past 15 years, Michael Brooker’s Lettings Department has developed and grown and now has an extensive portfolio of managed properties in Crowborough and the surrounding areas. Clare Sheffield MARLA, our Lettings Manager, joined the firm in 2023. Clare has over 20 Years of extensive Lettings Experience in the Kent and Sussex area.
