All our Lettings staff are qualified members of Propertymark, which is a professional body for the property sector. Being a member, ensures we are kept up to date at the earliest opportunity, and to have our say on proposed changes on behalf of our Landlords . We are held to professional standards with a code of practice and continual professional development.

Our qualified staff can guide you through the lettings process. If you are thinking about letting your home we can have an initial chat over the phone to talk about your requirements and then follow up with a formal appraisal. We will advise on how best to present your property to attract the best tenants and on all the legal and health and safety legislation. We have a trusted bank of contractors and are happy to refer them to you to complete any required works.

Once instructed, we will arrange to take photos. We take pride in our marketing and will ensure that your home is presented to the highest standard.

Your home will be marketed to our extensive database, our website, Rightmove, Zoopla, Prime Location.

We will negotiate all terms and undertake referencing via our third party referencing partner. We will ensure that all the prescribed information is served on the tenants and then prepare your tenancy agreement.

We offer three levels of service, if you are local, a trades person or have good maintenance connections, you may wish to manage the property yourself this is our Let Only Service. Once the tenant moves in, they will contact you for any day to day property management and pay the rent directly to you.

If you would like to be hands on but don’t want the worry of having to chase a tenant if their rent is late or unpaid or take advantage of including Rent and Legal Protection cover, our Let and Rent Collection service may be of interest to you.

We also offer a Full Tenancy Management Service. We deal with all aspects of the day to day running of the property. Property visits are included to check the Tenants are looking after the property and we will receive the rent and process to you when received. Please find our fees here.
